After receiving a box of luscious, Parisian style chocolates from Delysia as a gift a few years ago, it has become my go to for Austin sourced gifts. I have always loved Paris style chocolate, more so than Swiss or German style which are also lovely, but the variety of flavors and textures of Paris style chocolate makes each one a flavor experience where the creativity and genius of the maker come across in each gem. The owner of Delysia clearly thrives in this unique production. I would argue that Paris sourced chocolate gifts are much more reasonably priced but it is possible that certain costs are higher here. Don’t miss the chance to savor this unique high-quality boutique product and share it with your friends! It is an authentic taste of Paris in Austin!!

We were hosting a meeting for the honey industry in Texas, and I was thrilled to find Delysia Chocolatier! Not only were they local, but they use a lot of honey in their chocolates! We worked with Nicole to create a custom box (both flavors and designs) and they turned out so beautifully! Almost too pretty to eat. The guests were raving about how pretty the chocolates were and we are looking forward to working with Delysia in the future! Nicole was wonderful from the very beginning through the closely monitored overnight delivery to the hotel.

We ordered an assortment of the Delysia Chocolate Boxes for a big conference event, and everyone was SO impressed by the flavors! I literally had event attendees asking for entire boxes to take home! :) The chocolates came wrapped and boxed so nicely, and remained perfectly in the container (even after a plane ride from Austin to Washington D.C.). The owner, Nicole, was so gracious with our last minute order, and even let me arrive outside of the store hours to get the chocolates in time for my flight. I am HIGHLY impressed with our overall experience and we will definitely be ordering from Delysia Chocolatier again!!
